Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film light receiving device excellent in sensing a faint light while using a photoconductive organic semiconductor. SOLUTION: The system includes a first electrode 1 formed on a substrate, a second electrode 2 formed on the first electrode 1, and a photoconductive organic semiconductor layer 4 composed of a photoconductive semiconductor material in a region sandwiched between the first electrode 1 and the second electrode 2. At least one electrode out of the first electrode 1 or the second electrode 2 has a light permeability to light with arbitrary wavelengths from near-ultraviolet area to near-infrared area, and a third electrode 3 is further disposed inside the photoconductive organic semiconductor layer 4.
