Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell module having high optical use efficiency and high power generation efficiency. SOLUTION: A thin-film solar cell module is constituted by laminating a transparent substrate, a surface transparent electrode layer, a thin-film semiconductor photoelectric conversion unit, a reverse side electrode layer comprising a transparent conductive layer, a transparent adhesive sheet, and a high reflection film comprising a high reflection plastic film in this order. The reflection rate in the wavelength of 400-600 nm of the high reflection plastic film is 80% or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
