PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life image display device high in quality and reliability by reducing line defects of an image display panel by preventing disconnection of an image signal wire extraction terminal, and by repairing and recovering the disconnection. SOLUTION: The image signal wire extraction terminal 8a extracted to the outside from one end of an image signal wire 8 is formed by a two-layer film structure comprising a first image signal wire extraction terminal 811 and a second image signal wire extraction terminal 812, thereby connecting a generation part of disconnection S of the first image signal wire extraction terminal 811 by the second image signal wire extraction terminal 812 to be electrically connected.
