Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet allowing use/disuse of a non-contact IC card or a selective change of the used non-contact IC card by selectively changing a folding direction in a state of holding a non-contact data reception/transmission body. SOLUTION: This magnetic sheet 10 has a laminated sheet 14 including a metal base material 11, and a first magnetic layer 12 and a second magnetic layer 13 respectively provided on both faces of the metal base material 11, and is formed with bending areas 18, 19 segmenting the respective first magnetic layer 12 and second magnetic layer 13 into three areas, bendable to both the face sides of the laminated sheet 14 along a short side direction of the laminated sheet 14. The respective three areas of the first magnetic layer 12 and the second magnetic layer 13 are provided with holding parts 17 of the non-contact type data reception/transmission body on the opposite face sides to faces contacting with the metal base material 11.
