Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reduce deterioration of image quality caused by instability of potential of a common electrode in a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device which has a liquid crystal display panel having a TFT substrate and a counter substrate and a conductive frame member provided in an outer peripheral part of the liquid crystal display panel and wherein the TFT substrate has a common feeding line annularly wired in an outer peripheral part of a display region and connected to the common electrode and signal input ends of the common feeding line are disposed along a first side of the TFT substrate, the common feeding line has terminals in the vicinity of a second side positioned on the side opposite to the first side of the TFT substrate and the frame member has an insulating layer, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer layered in this order on the surface opposed to the liquid crystal display panel and has a columnar conductive members connecting the second conductive layer to the terminals of the common feeding line on the second conductive layer.
