Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston guiding lubricating oil in a peripheral part of a skirt sliding face to a center part of the sliding face. SOLUTION: In the piston 20, either of a solid lubricating resin layer 55 with solid lubricity or an oil repellent resin layer 50 with oil repellency faces the sliding face 44 of the skirt 40. Guide grooves 60 are formed in the sliding face 44, are extended from the sliding face peripheral part 48 to the sliding face center part 46 with inclination with respect to a sliding face center line E so as to guide the lubricating oil from the sliding face peripheral part 48 to the sliding face center part 46. The oil repellent resin layer 50 is a groove bottom 62 of the guide groove 60. The solid lubricating resin layer 55 reduces sliding resistance generated between a cylinder wall 15 and the sliding face 44 of the skirt 40B, the oil adhered to the sliding face peripheral part 48 is guided to the sliding face center part 46, by the oil repellent resin layer 50 as a groove bottom 62 of the guide groove 60, and thereby oil film thickness in the sliding face 44 is equalized.
