VIBRATOR FOR PLACING READY-MIXED CONCRETE, AND VIBRATOR HOSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator for placing ready-mixed concrete, capable of excellently applying vibration on the ready-mixed concrete cast in a mold form, even when reinforcements are densely assembled therein. SOLUTION: In the vibrator for placing ready-mixed concrete, a vibrator hose 12 essentially made of a flat rubber hose 26 is inserted into a ready-mixed concrete K cast into the mold form, and compressed air is introduced into the vibrator hose 12 to expand the vibrator hose 12 in the direction perpendicular to the axis and to shrink the vibrator hose in the hose axis direction. The air is discharged to shrink the vibrator hose 12 in the direction perpendicular to the axis and to elongate the vibrator hose 12 in the hose axis direction, leading the expansion and shrinkage of the vibration hose to be repeated to apply vibration on the ready-mixed concrete K.
