Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technical means which can manufacture a non-heat-treated high strength small screw excellent in toughness and delayed cracking resistance at a low cost by saving the resources and processes. SOLUTION: To a hot-rolled steel wire rod having a chemical component composition by mass% of ≤0.15% C, ≤0.60% Si, 0.05-1.50% Mn, ≤0.030% P, ≤0.025% S, ≤0.060% Al and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, a spheroidizing annealing treatment is applied and a steel wire is adjusted by reducing the diameter with cold wire-drawing or the cold wire-drawing and the other cold-plastic working, and the steel wire is forming-worked into the small screw with a cold-heading or the cold-heading and the other cold-working to manufacture the non-heat-treated high strength small screw.
