INFORMATION CONCEALED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information concealed sheet with high concealedness such as a double concealed-postcard with a reply card attached thereto, a concealed sheet that has excellent printing suitability of a printer, transporting suitability, etc., and that can materialize printing on a base material in a part overlapped with a peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive, in a state of high resolution and high adhesiveness with the base material. SOLUTION: In the information concealed sheet, a first and a second base material are superimposed and stuck with each other at least with a false adhesive, and are then folded up with a fold at least in one place for adhesion. The opposing faces to be folded are each laminated with an adhesive member and stuck together by being superimposed and pressurized with the adhesive member, wherein the part stuck together is made repeelable. As a result, the information concealed sheet has uniform thickness in the entire surface and has uniform flatness, thereby showing excellent printing suitability of a printer, transporting suitability, etc..
