CLOGGING TESTING MACHINE FOR HIGH-PRESSURE GROUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clogging testing machine for high-pressure grout capable of performing clogging test by injecting a grout material under high pressure. SOLUTION: A mold is constituted of the half-split members provided along the longitudinal direction of a substantially columnar body and a groove having predetermined width and depth is formed to the half-split member on one side at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the mold. Furthermore, a grout injection hole is formed to the mold so as to pierce through the groove in the longitudinal direction. The half-split members are combined and fitted in the cylindrical members of mold support members arranged up and down. A taper is formed to the end part of the mold, and the by having the cavities of the cylindrical members to strongly clamp the mold support members to prevent the opening of a slit. The grout material is injected under pressure from the injection ports formed to the mold support members by a pressure-fed pump, and the amount of the grout material discharged from the slit is measured.
