Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fixed blade of a garbage disposer, in particular, of a small garbage disposer, by simplifying manufacturing of the blade and facilitating selection of a material or form of the blade. SOLUTION: In the garbage disposer provided with a rotary disc 3 on the bottom a crushing chamber 2 continued to a charge port 1 connected to the drain port of a sink, and with the fixed blade 6 surrounding the rotary disc 3 and mounted inside a casing 7, layered plates 11, 12 with a shape of splitting the fixed blade in the circumferential direction are formed by punching a stainless steel plate, and layered bodies 6a, 6b, 6c formed by laying necessary number of the layered plates are annularly connected according to the split number on the fixed blade mounting portion of the casing 7.
