Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microinjection apparatus for continuously carrying out injection treatment of fluid, and to provide a method for injecting fluids. SOLUTION: The tip end of a capillary 17 is inserted into an object. Discharge pressure is supplied from the internal space 54 of a support member 14 to the capillary 17. The supplied discharge pressure allows discharge of a first fluid from the tip end of the capillary 17. The tip end of the capillary 17 is pulled out from the object. Thus the first fluid is injected into the object. The remains of the object possibly adhere to the tip end of the capillary 17. A pipe member 56 defines a flow passage for a second fluid directed toward the tip end of the capillary 17. The second fluid thus flows toward the tip end of the capillary 17. The second fluid applies a shear stress to the remains. The shear stress relatively simply allows removal of the remains from the tip end of the capillary 17. This action of removing the remains will not cause interruption of injection of the first fluid into the object. The injection of the first fluid is applied continuously with respect to a plurality of objects. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
