Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security authentication system and method capable of preventing hacking of various systems and performing a user authentication while providing convenience and stability to a user. SOLUTION: With respect to the security authentication system and method, the security authentication system includes a Web server which provides at least two security levels and transmits one of the two security modules at least that correspond to the respective two security levels on the basis of an environment of a user terminal and an authentication server for receiving a user authentication demand from the user terminal to perform the user authentication.
