SECURITY SOFTWARE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system for making any labor or costs necessary for management reasonable for a security policy to be applied. SOLUTION: This security software construction system is configured to construct security software to be executed by the application object computer of a security policy, and provided with a storage part for storing module information related with a plurality of security modules; a definition part 22 for defining a module group as the security software by determining the combination of necessary security modules on the basis of the module information read from the storage part; and a license issuing part 26 for issuing identification information for identifying the defined module group, that is, identification information to be used for communicating with a server which manages the module group when the module group is executed by the object computer.
