DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CORRECTING ROTATION BALANCE OF ROTATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for correcting rotation balance of a rotator, capable of processing accurate correction amount without being influenced by the correction direction, even when using a nut for fixing the rotator to a rotation shaft, and determining the correction amount and the correction direction of unbalance by assuming the nut to be circular, and preventing changes in the unbalance direction caused by the correction. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an NC positioning device 12, an NC processing device 14, a vertex detector 16, and a modification control device 18. Vertex positions of the nut are detected by the vertex detector 16, and the correction amount Uc and the correction direction θc of unbalance, determined beforehand by assuming the nut to be circular by the modification control device 18 are corrected, respectively as a modified correction amount Uo and a modified corrected direction θo, corresponding to the relative angle Δθ between an azimuth angle connecting the axis to the nut vertex nearest to the correction direction and the correction direction θc.
