Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution device, of which steering feeling is excellent, capable of reducing burden of a driver when travelling on a road surface inclined in a vehicular width direction. SOLUTION: In such a case that a vehicle 1 travels straight on the road surface inclined in the vehicular width direction, an ECU 33 distributes larger driving force to a lower one of a left rear wheel 10L and a right rear wheel 10R according to an inclination angle α than to the other higher wheel.
