Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operating efficiency for removing asbestos while improving the utilization efficiency of an energy. SOLUTION: A nozzle 3a is moved rapidly by rotating the nozzle 3a in the high number of revolution of 5,000 to 8,000 rpm, and the operating efficiency is improved. The energy required for removing an asbestos layer 2 is determined by the kind of the asbestos layer as an object in this case, the energy exceeding the required energy is not used for removing the asbestos layer 2 even when the injection pressure of a water jet 4 is increased and an irradiation energy imparted to the asbestos layer 2 is augmented and the energy exceeding the required energy is consumed as a wasteful energy. When removing a dry type asbestos layer, the injection pressure of 15 to 95 MPa is optimal and, the waste of the irradiation energy is prevented by removing asbestos at such an injection pressure.
