SOLUTION: The protective tape for an automobile coating film comprises a releasable layer, one or more intermediate base material layers, and an adhesive layer, in which the releasable layer comprises 90-99.9 wt.% of a low viscosity polyethylene, and 0.1-10 wt.% of completely saponified polyvinyl octadecyl carbamate having a number average molecular weight of 200,000-400,000.
