Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive tin oxide powder in which the phosphorus contained in a tin oxide becomes stabilized by surface-treating the tin oxide powder, and thus the catalytic action of the phosphorus is inhibited, a manufacturing method thereof and others. SOLUTION: The electroconductive tin oxide powder is characterized in that the phosphorus contained in a tin oxide is stabilized by the surface-treating of the phosphorus-containing tin oxide powder with an acrylic acid ester and then by baking it in an inert atmosphere, and the electroconductive tin oxide powder has a content of phosphorus of 0.5-5% by weight, a carbon amount after the surface-treatment of 100-10,000 ppm, a powder specific resistance of 100 Ωcm or less, a change in the haze value a film of ±0.2 or less at the time of 10 days after the manufacture of a thin film containing the powder, and a film strength after the above passage time of an initial pencil hardness or less; and a manufacturing method and uses thereof are also provided.
