Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of minicell display, having a significant advantageous point in screening a peptide library for a candidate of bonding and effectively adjusting a specific biological process. SOLUTION: This method is based on the small anuclear minicell for increasing diversity in preparing unique sequences to be screened and also increasing the size of the peptides to be screened. An in vitro mutagenesis (in the level of protein synthesis) and a DNA replication increase the diversity of the libraries to be screened and therefore, substantially increase the number of potential peptides adjustable a specific biological response or mechanism.
