Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain culm-raising device which has a simplified structure, is decreased in blocking of straw wastes and is low in noise so as to improve durability. SOLUTION: A retreat guiding element of a raising lug is formed of a thick first retreat guiding part, a second retreat guiding part gradually thinning in a declivous posture and a thin third retreat guiding part extending downward. A space narrow at the upper side and wide at the down side in the chain moving direction is formed between a raising chain and the first retreat guiding part, and a space wide at the upper side and narrow at the down side in the chain moving direction is formed between the second and the third retreat guiding parts.
