Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both sealing property and strength by complementing defects of a can case type and a laminate type. SOLUTION: A capacitor body 10 having a pair of electrode terminals 60a and 60b is covered with an exterior material 40, an electrolyte 50 is charged in the exterior material 40, and the electrode terminals 60a and 60b are led out through the exterior material 40. The exterior material 40 includes a hard case 20 containing components including the capacitor body 10 and a laminate film 30 disposed outside the case 20 and joined to the case 20 in one body, and is sealed at an overlap portion of the laminate film 30 extending to an outer circumference of the case 20.
