ELECTRON MICROSCOPE EQUIPPED WITH GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE AND ITS NOISE ELIMINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a means for dissolving noises transmitted from the outside and a means capable of suitably setting its condition by a user; and to provide a device capable of displaying an image indicating influence of external vibrations. SOLUTION: An electron microscope comprises a sound wave taking-in means for taking in a sound wave from the outside to the vicinity of a column of an electron microscope unit, a graphical user interface for setting a signal taken in by the sound wave taking-in means, and a sound wave transmitting means transmitting the signal established by the graphical user interface and arranged in the vicinity of the column.
