BOUNCE ADAPTER FOR SHORT-DISTANCE PHOTOGRAPHY USED FOR CAMERA UNDERWATER CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bounce adapter for short-distance photography used for a camera underwater case which does not cast a shadow of a lens covering barrel part of the camera underwater case on a subject when performing close-up photography underwater. SOLUTION: The bounce adapter 1 for short-distance photography used for the camera underwater case includes: the lens covering barrel part 23 covering the lens part 32 of the built-in camera 31 in such a state that light can be transmitted to an objective; a transmission window 24 transmitting light from a built-in stroboscope of the camera; and a case shoe part 25, and covers the entire outer periphery of the built-in camera 31. The bounce adapter 1 includes: a mounting base part 2 detachably attached to the case shoe part 25; and a bounce plate 11 whose base end 11a side is turnably supported by the mounting base part 2 and whose projecting end 11b side is displaced in a range extending from the front position of the lens covering barrel part 23 to the upper position of the case shoe part 25, so that an irradiation area with strobe light transmitted through the transmission window 24 is changed by a reflection surface 11c provided on a plane facing the lens covering barrel part 23.
