METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CROSSMATCH TESTING CONTAINER WITH HUMAN ERYTHROCYTE SOLID-PHASED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossmatch testing container with erythrocyte solid-phased stably and uniformly. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a crossmatch testing container with human erythrocyte via a binder material comprises the steps of: selecting a monoclonal antibody against the surface antigen of the human erythrocyte solid-phased, as a binder material for solid-phase the human erythrocyte; solid-phasing an antibody against a living species derived from the monoclonal antibody, as a primary binder to solid-phase a binder substance; further solid-phase the binder substance on a container bottom with the primary binder sold-phased; and solid-phasing the human erythrocyte on the container bottom with the binder substance solid-phased.
