Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration panel with rib enabling free design of shape and color of a surface and being suitable for the small lot production and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This panel 10 with rib has a plurality of thin and long rib materials 30 on its surface and is provided with a decoration base material 20 composed of a base material 21 and a base material side decoration film 22 provided on a face on one side of the base material 21 and the rib materials 30 provided on a base material side decoration film 22 side of the decoration base material 20 and composed of a base material 31 for rib material and a rib material side decoration film 32 provided on a surface of the base material 31 for rib material, respectively.
