Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide iron oxide particle powders not only having a moderate size level of agglomerated particles and less size variation but also having sharp particle size distribution of the agglomerated particles. SOLUTION: The iron oxide particle powders are characterized by having a highest frequency peak of diameter in the range of 0.05-0.5 μm in number particle size distribution measured by a laser diffraction scattering type particle size measuring device and having a cumulative frequency of 65-90% in number in a range of the highest frequency peak of diameter of ±20%.
