Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and a charger that charges secondary batteries without extracting the secondary batteries stored in the power supply device and also achieve output by a series circuit during output while controlling each battery by forming a parallel circuit of the secondary batteries during charging to the secondary batteries. SOLUTION: The power supply device has a switch including a switch cover movable around a rotary shaft, a terminal with spring property, and a fixed terminal electrically connected to the terminal with spring property. The charger has a protruding part at a part in contact with the switch cover of the power supply device. Battery connection is switched by a mechanism that separates the terminals by contact between the protruding part and the switching cover when the power supply device is inserted into the charger.
