Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a looking away determination device which has improved determination accuracy by making a determination under consideration of personal difference in the physique of a driver of a vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: An operation support ECU 10 detects the angle of face orientation of a driver when an outer mirror 16 is adjusted by performing the image analysis of image data acquired by a driver monitor camera 12, and stores it in an internal memory. Also, the operation support ECU 10 detects the angle of face orientation of the driver during driving, and compares it with the angle of face orientation stored in the internal memory to determine the looking away of the driver.
