CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal pump capable of preventing occurrence of wear between a bearing and the inner bottom surface of a pump housing part, of achieving miniaturization and cost reduction of the pump with a simple structure, and of surely preventing occurrence of partial wear on the bearing by inclination of a bearing plate between an end surface of the bearing and the inner bottom surface of the pump housing part, and wear of the bearing by looseness of the bearing plate without being influenced by viscosity change of a fluid. SOLUTION: The pump housing part 7, and a suction port 9 and a discharge port 11 opened to the pump housing part 7 are formed on a pump case 1. An impeller 6 is housed in the pump housing part 7. The bearing 22 arranged at the center of the impeller 6 is rotatably journaled by a shaft body 23 arranged in the pump housing part 7. A drive means rotationally driving the impeller 6 around the shaft body 23 is provided. The bearing plate 26b is arranged between an end surface of the bearing 22 on the suction port 9 side, and the inner bottom surface 7c of the pump housing part 7 facing it. A cushioning material 32 is interposed between the bearing plate 26b and the inner bottom surface 7c of the pump housing part 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
