Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the adhesion force of a water-repellent film to a plate member to prevent the shape of a discharge port of a nozzle hole from being changed. SOLUTION: When a substrate 10 is pressed by a punch 30 from the upper surface of the substrate 10 (the surface to be adhered with a flow passage unit) (punching step), a projection part 15 is protruded from the lower surface of the substrate 10. An affected layer 14b on the lower surface of the substrate 10 is removed by polishing (surface removing step). The projection part 15 protruded from the lower surface of the substrate 10 is removed (projection part removing step).
