Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing of a fuel cell system and simplification of assembling process, as well as high performance of power generation characteristics. SOLUTION: In the small fuel cell system, a hydrogen passage 1 and a regulator 10 are integrated by pinching with a rib 5 in a state an MEA 2 and a current collector 3 laminated on the hydrogen passage 1 serving as a negative electrode are caulked. In this case, the state of caulking means a state in which the MEA 2 and the current collector 3 are press-bonded so as to prevent leakage of hydrogen supplied from the hydrogen passage 1 to the MEA 2 and to reduce contact resistance between the MEA 2 and the current collector 3. Furthermore, the regulator 10 is provided with a purge valve 11 and releases water discharged from the passage 4 of the hydrogen passage 1 through an exhaust port 7 to the outside from the purge valve 11.
