Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove foreign matters infiltrating inside a plasma display panel. SOLUTION: In the restoration method of defective cells of the plasma display panel, supersonic vibration is locally impressed on a part corresponding to the defective cells from an outer face of a panel substrate, and foreign matters adhered to an inner face of the substrate at the corresponding part of the defective cells are removed to restore the defective cells.
