SOLUTION: A user detecting means detects the user who uses the washroom facility. An information processor generates utilization situation information of the washroom facility based on information detected by the user detecting means, and supplies the information to a mobile terminal which the user carries. Upon receiving an information supply request including classification information of the predetermined kind of washroom facility from the mobile terminal, the information processor generates the utilizastion situation information of the predetermined kind of washroom facility and supplies the information to the mobile terminal.
