SOLUTION: When a sliding screw 54 is turned with a sliding motor 52 of a swivel lower 21 and a sliding nut 61 threaded to the sliding screw 54 is moved in the axial direction of the sliding screw 54, a sliding nut 61 and a nut bracket 91 are relatively moved and the swivel lower 21 with the sliding screw 54 is moved relative to a base 11 fixed to a vehicle body. At this time, the sliding nut 61 is engaged with the nut bracket 91 in a vertically and horizontally floating manner. Even when an error occurs in the mounting portion of the sliding motor 52 or deflection occurs in a sliding rail 14, the sliding nut 61 vertically and horizontally floats relative to the nut bracket 91 to absorb dispersion.
