PROGRESSIVE DIE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRESS WORKING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive die device in which a skeleton can be smoothly and intermittently fed with an external shape blanking station even when a large blanked piece is formed, and a method for press working using the same. SOLUTION: The progressive die device 10 is constituted as follows. A plate 11 to be blanked, which is intermittently fed, is successively blanked and formed into a desired shape. The blanked piece 18 is cut off from the plate 11 to be blanked with the external shape blanking station. Run-on bases 22, 23 having inclined faces 22a, 23a, in which the upstream sides of the plate 11 to be blanked are made to fall, are installed to the external shape blanking station or in the vicinity of the external shape blanking station. Further, an opening blanking station for forming openings 16, 17 through which the run-on bases 22, 23 are fitted into the intermittently fed plate 11 to be blanked, is provided on the upstream side of the external shape blanking station.
