SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element is provided with a pair of electrodes and an organic compound layer, containing at least a light-emitting layer pinched between the electrodes on a substrate, with at least one of the electrodes as a transparent electrode for extracting light has a heat-transfer layer at a face side where light of the organic electroluminescent element is not extracted, and has a heat-conducting layer, containing at least a heat-conducting material and at least a deposition polymerization polymer of two types of monomers.
