Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of falling of illuminance in the rack depth direction in rack illumination. SOLUTION: A luminaire is equipped with a luminaire body 10 to which a fluorescent lamp is fit; and a supporting member 20 for supporting the luminaire body and to be fit in the vertical direction to the luminaire body, and the luminaire body has a recess into which a part of the supporting member is inserted to be slidable in the length direction of the luminaire body on the side surface. Two or more openings 14 are formed on the bottom surface of the recess, and light from the fluorescent lamp is taken out of the two or more openings. The luminaire body 10 adjacently has a housing part 12 housing a ballast for lighting the fluorescent lamp and an arrangement part 13 for arranging the fluorescent lamp, and the recess is installed on the side surface of the arrangement part.
