SOLUTION: Inside a cabinet of the battery pack 10, a battery module 12 formed by laminating cells 22, an intake chamber 16 to guide refrigerant to the battery module 12, an exhaust chamber 18 to guide the refrigerant exhausted from the battery module 12 to the outside of the cabinet, and an equipment box for housing electronic components related to driving of the battery module 12 therein or the like are housed. On the outside face of the exhaust chamber 18, as a ventilation part that allows peripheral air of terminals 24 protruding from the upper faces of the cells 22 and the peripheral air of the equipment box to be made to flow into the exhaust chamber 18, a plurality of through-holes 32 are formed.
