TIMING CONTROLLER, LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY CONTAINING THE SAME, AND DRIVING METHOD FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing controller capable of reducing malfunction, a liquid crystal display containing the same, and a driving method for a liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display comprises a handling part for outputting a user command signal including a transient response section and a steady state section in response to handling of a user, and a timing controller for outputting a module control signal in response to the voltage level of the user command signal in the steady state section. The timing controller comprises a counter part for providing a converting enable signal, an analog to digital converter for converting the user command signal to a digital user command signal in a digital form in response to the converting enable signal, and a control signal generating part for generating a module control signal corresponding to the digital user command signal.
