Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a test signal having amplitude noises in a selected segment. SOLUTION: A segment of a test signal and a power level regarding it are selected using a user interface, and the amplitude noises are applied to the test signal segment with the selected power level. A signal processing unit compiles the selected power level of the selected segment together with the test signal and generates digital data indicating the test signal having the amplitude noises to the selected segment.
