DATA PROCESSOR FOR CHROMATOGRAPH MASS SPECTROMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print out data collected by a device including a combination of a chromatograph and a MSnmass spectrometer in a manner easy to view and easy to manage. SOLUTION: Information for all precursor ions is acquired from the collected data, and precursor ions matched to a set selection condition are then extracted (S3 and S4). For one precursor ion, MSnspectral data including a MS2spectrum obtained by cleavage thereof or a MSnspectrum obtained by further precursor selection/cleavage is collected (S5 and S6), and data of m/z mass chromatogram for precursor ions of the first step is also collected (S7). Area assignment is performed by dividing a print area of a determined size by the number of spectrums, and the mass chromatogram and one or more MSn spectra are printed in one print area (S8 and S9).
