Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an electric wire led out of a heat insulating box without complicating work when forming the heat insulating box. SOLUTION: The top opening 33 is formed by installing a connecting frame 70 made of a synthetic resin over an opening edge of a rectangular hole 51 of an external top plate 50 and an opening edge of a rectangular hole 61 of an interior top plate 60. The upper end of the connecting frame 70 is formed with a step retreated so as to be wider outward, and a space over the stepped surface 87 forms a housing recessed part 88. An electric wire insert hole 93 is opened in an extension part 92 extended from a corner of the stepped surface 87. When forming a casing of a main body 10 (the heat insulating box), a lead wire 46 arranged inside the casing is pulled out to the surface side through the electric wire insert hole 93, and housed once in the housing recessed part 88. In this condition, the casing of the heat insulating box is set in a foaming fixture J so as to form the heat insulating box, and after the casing is removed from the foaming fixture J, the lead wire 46 is pulled out of the housing recessed part 88.
