Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming an adhesive layer for photocatalyst film, achieving good adhesiveness between a photocatalyst film and an adhesive layer and good adhesiveness between the adhesive layer and a base material, having required hardness and forming the adhesive layer having good transparency. SOLUTION: This composition for forming the adhesive layer for the photocatalyst film is mainly composed of methoxysilane compound expressed by the general formula (1): R1nSi(OCH3)4-n, and contains aluminum compound, titanium compound and silicon modified acrylic resin, wherein the content of the aluminum compound is 3-25 mass%, and the content of the titanium compound is 3-25 mass%.
