Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing agent composition which produces abundant foam of fine and smooth quality without an increase in foam viscosity, and therefore allows the body to be washed with comfort. SOLUTION: The skin cleansing agent composition comprises (A) a polyoxyethylene alkylether sulfate, (B) an ether carboxylic acid-type surface active agent, (C) an alkyl polyglycoside, (D) a higher fatty acid and/or a higher alcohol, and water, and the total amount of the ingredients (A), (B), and (C) is 5-30 mass% based on the composition, with the ingredient (A) amounting to 20-80 mass%, the ingredient (B) amounting to 7-70 mass%, and the ingredient (C) amounting to 7-70 mass% and the ingredient (D) being 0.3-3 mass% based on the whole composition, and the pH of the composition is 4.5-7 when diluted to 5 mass% with deionized water.
