Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a spout member allowing the easy opening of a part for sealing the member. SOLUTION: The base end 15b of a spout member 15 is fixed by a first seal part 16a formed by sealing inside faces of two films and the outside face of the part 15b. The tip 15a of the member 15 is stored in a sealed chamber 16 surrounded by and formed of the first seal part 16a and a second seal part 16b formed by sealing inside faces of the two films around the part 15a. An opening auxiliary line 17 comprising a half-cut groove is roughly arc-shaped and crosses the tip 15a of the member 15 with its center area passing a position closer to the first seal part 16a than a line segment 17d connecting both ends 17a and 17b of the line 17 in a plan view relative to a packaging bag.
