Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid applying apparatus which is easy in exchanging a vessel, does not mix air into a content, is movable and good in workability. SOLUTION: A user operates a fluid discharge means on hand so that a fluid packed in the vessel is supplied from the nozzle of the fluid discharge means through a piping tube, wherein the fluid discharge means is a spray means, the vessel is a packaging bag formed from a soft packaging material, and the vessel and the piping tube are connected through a connection member possible to connect with one touch.
