EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management apparatus, method, and program wherein there are facilitated processing of managing whether the function is useable for every user and processing of managing charging by the use of the function for every user. SOLUTION: The equipment management apparatus 1 for managing a function which equipment 2 can provide to a user, includes: first selection means for selecting a function element which the equipment 2 can use based on function element information to which a necessary unit is made to correspond for every function element constructing the function, use limit management information which represents usability of every function element for every user; information of units with which the equipment 2 is equipped, and the function element information; second selection means for selecting a function element which the user can use from the function element based on the use limit management information; and file transmission means for transmitting to the equipment 2 a file of the function element selected by the second selection means.
