MEETING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PROCESSING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the management and confirmation of a meeting appointment with high security. SOLUTION: A meeting application receiving part 101 of a meeting management server 100 receives a meeting application from a meeting applicant PC 301, a meeting approval requesting part 102 transmits the meeting application to a PC 151 of a person to be met and receives an answer. When the answer shows approval, an information preparing part 103 prepares the management information of a meeting appointment, stores the management information into a management information storing part 110 and transmits the meeting appointment to the meeting applicant PC. The meeting applicant makes a gate device 200 installed at a gate read the meeting appointment. An information reading part 201 transmits the meeting appointment to the meeting management server 100, and a meeting appointment collating part 106 collates the meeting appointment with the management information, and transmits the collated data to the gate device 200 when both coincide with each other.
