ENTRIES SELECTING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD, COMPUTER PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide entry selecting equipment which decreases the number of operational keys further, and makes it possible to choose simply any entry in many entries by it, by using an operation device which has an operating object which can perform both of a tilting operation and a rotation operation. SOLUTION: The entry selecting equipment 120 is an entry selecting equipment which chooses one from two or more entries, responding to a control signal from an operation device 132 with an operation object which can output a control signal corresponding to the rotation operation and the tilting operation in multi-directions respectively, and has two or more kinds of operational menus 130. A process performed by responding to the control signal is defined by the rotation operation for every operational menu 130 and the process performed by responding to the control signal by the tilting operation in multi-directions.
